1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For prescription eyewear, premium lenses, or custom-made products, additional processing time of 2–4 business days may be required.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer reliable shipping options across India:
Standard Delivery
Delivery time: 4–7 business days
Available across all major cities and towns.
Express Delivery (if applicable)
Delivery time: 2–3 business days
Additional charges may apply.
Note: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or remote location restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ?50 – ?100 (depending on location)
Free Shipping: On orders above ?999
Express Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails even after two attempts due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
6. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive:

? Incorrect lens
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.
We will arrange:
Replacement
Exchange
Or Refund (as per policy)
7. Delayed Delivery
In case of a delay beyond the committed timeline:
We will help coordinate with the courier partner.
AUN Vision Care will not be responsible for delays caused by courier service, natural disasters, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Address Change
If you need to change your delivery address:
Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Address changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
9. International Shipping
Currently, AUN Vision Care ships within India only.
