These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "User", "You", "Customer" refers to any person using Aun Vision Care’s services.

• "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Aun Vision Care.

• "Platform" means our website, mobile app, and connected services.

• "Product(s)" includes spectacles, sunglasses, frames, lenses, contact lenses, accessories, and other optical items supplied by Aun Vision Care.

• "Service(s)" includes eye-checkup appointments, prescription verification, repairs, and home eye-test (if available).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Any additional guidelines issued by the company
  If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue using the services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• Users below 18 may use the platform under parental guidance.

• You must be legally competent to enter into a valid contract under Indian law.

4. Services Offered

Aun Vision Care provides:

• Prescription glasses

• Sunglasses & frames

• Contact lenses

• Lens fitting and customization

• Eye-checkup booking (subject to availability)

• Home delivery of optical products

We may modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may vary due to brand, lens type, customization, and market conditions.

• Accepted payment modes: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (if available).

• Service charges or platform fees may apply for certain orders.

6. Prescription Policy

• Users must upload or provide a valid prescription for powered lenses.

• Prescription must be issued by a certified optometrist or ophthalmologist.

• Aun Vision Care may reject any unclear or outdated prescription.

• Users are responsible for submitting accurate details.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Return Policy:

• Due to the nature of optical products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

• Customized lenses (powered lenses) are non-refundable once processed.

Replacement/Refund is eligible only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Manufacturing or fitting defect

Refund Timeline:

• Approved refunds will be credited to the Aun Vision Care Wallet or original payment method within 2–7 working days.

8. Communication Consent

By signing up, you consent to receive updates via:

• SMS

• Email

• WhatsApp

• App notifications

• Customer support calls

You can opt-out of promotional messages anytime.

9. Objectionable Content

You agree not to upload, share, or promote objectionable, misleading, or harmful content.
Report any inappropriate content to our support team.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, designs, product photos, and logos on the platform are the intellectual property of Aun Vision Care. You are not allowed to:

• Copy, reproduce, or use any content

• Republish product catalogues or photos

• Use our trademarks without written consent

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

12. Warranty

• Frame and lens warranties depend on the manufacturer’s terms.

• Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not physical damage or wear and tear.

13. Offers & Discounts

• Coupons, festival offers, and membership benefits are subject to availability.

• Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

• The company reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.

14. Delivery Policy

• Orders are delivered within the estimated timeline shown during checkout.

• Delays may occur due to technical issues, weather, or logistics.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

15. Prescription Verification & Eye Safety

Aun Vision Care may contact you for:

• Prescription confirmation

• Power correction

• Lens recommendations
  We do not take responsibility for incorrect vision issues caused by user-provided prescriptions.

16. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate Terms

• Fraudulent behavior is detected

• Misuse of services occurs

You can delete your account anytime through request.

17. Privacy & Data Security

We follow the IT Act 2000 and Data Protection Rules 2021.
Your personal data is used only for service delivery and is never sold to third parties.
You may request correction or deletion of your data.

18. Limitation of Liability

Aun Vision Care is not responsible for:

• Prescription errors provided by the user

• Product availability changes

• Third-party service failures

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under the laws of India.
Legal disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Nalanda, Bihar courts.

20. Updates to Terms

Aun Vision Care may update these Terms as required.
Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
